HG Turf Group was founded by Ross Sutherland and is now proudly led by his sons, Hamish and Gavin Sutherland. What started in the early 1990s as a broad-acre turf farm in Alexandra, Victoria, has grown into one of the most trusted names in turf across Australia, the Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

With millions of square metres of turf currently under production, we supply top-quality turf to elite stadiums, trade and commercial landscapers and family homes. Our natural turf is expertly grown to suit Australian conditions, and includes popular varieties like Buffalo, Tall Fescue, Santa Ana Sports Couch and Kikuyu.
